Position Title: Sr. Research Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH, USA

Description: We are seeking candidate for ElectroFluidic Display R&D. As a Sr. Research Engineer, you will take a key role on developing and prototyping 1^st generation ElectroFluidic Displays, and report to the Chief Technical Officer of the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. creating an industrial display prototyping capability for compelling direct-drive and, later, active-matrix displays
2. demonstrating feasibility of a manufacturable, bistable e-paper pixel that will provide record white reflectance

Requirements

1. Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field with some exposure to electrowetting display field;
2. At least three years of experience in electrowetting displays and have skills and knowledge on how to perform R&D prototyping and technology demonstrations;
3. Good understanding of electrowetting-based display technology is desired;
4. Effectively communication skills by preparing written reports and making presentations describing processes performed, solutions developed, and value obtained.
5. Process experience in the following areas is desired:

1. 1. Working in clean room environment
   1. Photo-mask aligners, photolithographic developing and etching (wet chemical process)
   2. Metalization processes (e-beam, thermal evaporation, sputtering deposition, etc.)
   3. RIE and CVD experience
   4. Device packaging knowledge
