Position Title: Display Product Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH or Phoenix, AZ U.S.A.
Description:
We are seeking a Display Product Engineer to design new electrofluidic displays and display electronics that will meet product and customer requirements. The Display Product Engineer will be responsible for 1) specifying the optical and mechanical designs necessary to meet specifications, 2) verifying the display meets specifications through display testing, and 3) developing the display driving electronics. The position requires knowledge of display driving systems, circuit boards layout, hardware, and firmware, both to develop designs and to interface with electronics suppliers and external designers. The candidate must be comfortable working in a start-up environment with early stage prototypes and product designs.
Requirements:
The candidate must have:
- The electrical engineering background needed to design display electronics
- Experience in testing parts for operating and environmental performance
- A solid understanding of the optical properties of materials and components
The ideal candidate would also have experience developing display electronics
Background: Advanced Engineering Degree (Electrical preferred) and 7+ years of experience preferred.
